Packages and Contact Information

Since no two events are alike, we offer custom tailored packages of services. Our working relationship will be determined once we share information about your needs and your specific event. With this in mind, we can outline some potential packages based on our history with many clients.

Potential Packages:

Day-of-event only with consultations and site check beforehand
Day-of-event, consultations, site check and rehearsal event
Additional assistance with preparation, travel assistance, paperwork, vendor assistance, etc. TBD by client

All of my clients can be assured of my personal attention to their questions and concerns via email or phone prior to their event. I also include detailed master lists of event contact information, timeline, and important details. The list will be updated as needed and supplied to you and anyone involved in the smooth execution of your special event.
