PACKAGE 1 - Simply Celebrate: Wedding Coordination
For the couple that has all of their planning in place, and is ready to pass the details (and stress!) to us.  Amazing!!
Allow us orchestrate all of the elements that you so carefully chose...
allowing you to enjoy the celebration of a lifetime.
 
Starting 8-10 weeks prior to your wedding, we will have a deep-dive meeting with you to get caught up to speed and gather all of your planning info. 
Also Included:
  • Expert Wedding Day Coordination & Timeline Management
  • ​In-Person meeting & venue walk-through
  • Comprehensive wedding-day timeline creation for you and your vendors
  • Perform final vendor confirmations (1-2 weeks before the Big Day)
  • Establish ourselves as the primary point-of-contact on your wedding day
  • Set-up your seating, gift/card table, guest book, etc.
  • Liaise with all vendors all night long
  • Cue ceremony, speeches, dances
  • Gather your belongings while you dance and celebrate
You'll receive scheduled phone/video check-ins, our detailed wedding worksheets/sharing docs, plus consistent communication leading up to your big day.

Finally, we’ll be with you up to 12 hours on your wedding day making sure you are relaxed while your plans unfold flawlessly.

PACKAGE 2 - A Little More Help: Partial Planning & Wedding Coordination
For the couple that has many elements in place, but needs A Little More Help finalizing their perfect day.  You've got a great start!
Let's discuss your style, your perfect vibe, and your must-have list so we can complete the planning of your big occasion.
Our commitment to you begins the moment we join your wedding team, and we focus on what you need, when you need it.

In addition to everything in our Simply Celebrate Package, we'll help you through the process of:
  • Finding/Choosing the remaining few vendors
  • Finalizing your wedding day logistics and flow
  • Reviewing contracts / budget
  • Coordinating the entire celebration
  • Customized services based on your needs
You’ll receive virtual & in person meetings, ceremony rehearsal, and early-stage consulting to ensure your final planning is smooth and complete.

We'll be with you up to 12 hours on your wedding day.
